Out of Town Patients
For people considering a South Florida cosmetic surgery vacation or getaway, Dr. Cooper offers online consultations through his Virtual Consultation form. For our patients that want to schedule their surgery in advance of meeting Dr. Cooper, we can arrange a phone consultation for you. Prior to your phone consultation with Dr. Cooper, you will need to submit photos, your medical history and patient information forms. You can download these forms from our Patient Forms page. Once we receive all of your information we will call and set up a mutually convenient time to talk with Dr. Cooper. After the consultation, a surgery date can be scheduled.
Our out-of-state patients arrange their schedules to arrive the day before surgery. Palm Beach International is the commercial airport closest to our facility and Stuart's private airport, Witham Airport, is nearby. Once you've arrived at the airport, you have the options of renting a car, taking a taxi, or arranging for us to provide transportation. Some of our patients prefer to avail themselves of our limousine service, both from the airport to Stuart and back to the airport when they are ready to return home. One of our friendly, uniformed chauffeurs will make sure you travel in comfort, if you choose that option. If you are ready to make your flight arrangements, please plan to arrive before 3:00 p.m. on the day before your scheduled procedure if you are having surgery. We would be delighted to provide you with a list of fine hotels and other accommodations in the area, and encourage you to browse through our Visitor's Guide to learn about your options. We also invite you to consider staying at The Pavilion Resort, which is situated adjacent to the surgery center and was designed and built by Dr. Cooper. The Pavilion Resort is unique in that it offers a special care package of services for guests who happen to be plastic surgery patients as well as an elegant and restful environment for all of its guests.
