Robert N. Cooper, Stuart plastic surgeon, was a lecturer recently at the Univeristy of Miami Medical School's Department of Plastic Surgery. Cooper described how he planned and built what he called The Pavilion, the nation's first luxury recovery center for the 20-patient facility which occupies 23,000 square feet and employs 55 people.
